During checkout process users can download basic invoice with QR-code preprinted on it. Invoices can be also sent to users email address automatically.
The invoice style can be customized in any desired way though some extra development maybe required. Files available for customization are located under /woocommerce-pdf-invoices/templates/invoice/simple/minimal/ folder. These are:
- body.php – contains structured ticket table data.
- footer.php – footer netes
- header.php – typically used for client details and company requisites.
- style.css – general CSS styles.
For ticket validation you can download free mobile app available on Android platform. It is called MyTicket Scanner. Just launch the app and scan the QR-code from the generated invoice as shown on the image above. Event data will be automatically retrieved directly from your WordPress hosted website. You can change the status of the ticket from Unvalidated to Validated and vise versa. The new status will be automatically reflected under WooCommerce > Orders section of your website.
